Weekly Wrapup

While it was Spring Break for some, there was still a good number of new listings and buyers were definitely still out in force.

We wrote a couple offers this week…

• A Belltown condo listed at $459k that had gone past its offer review deadline we got a little bit below list price.
• Another Belltown condo listed at $739k that went for over $760k

While that’s all we offered on, we heard a few other stories:

• That cute cottage on Pine listed at $425k went for over $525k
• That Leschi home went pending in 3 days and will sell for $1.8m something.
