Weekly Wrapup
We had a busy week! We listed three very unique listings – a very affordable Paul Hayden Kirk mid-century modern, a standalone loft on Beacon Hill, and a condo in a former music studio. Plus we re-listed our 3-bedroom condo by Seattle U at a significant discount.
It has also been a busy week on the new condo front. First Light, the luxury condo coming to 3rd and Virginia released price ranges, floor plans and more details. (Their sales center was supposed to open this weekend, but has been delayed.) Meanwhile, Spire, the condo at 600 Wall, that has accepted 114 primary reservations, is opening their sales center tomorrow.
What caught our eye this week was a $5.4m spec home in Magnolia, a mid-century modern on Mercer Island, a custom built home in Portage Bay, and a remodeled floating home in Eastlake.
