My family was busy this week welcoming a new addition, Zoe Goyer, to our family. Thankfully our remodel (mostly) wrapped up just in time before we brought her home yesterday! 

In real estate news, as everyone shifts their focus to the holidays we saw a little over a hundred new listings this past week. Though it was a busy week for First Light, the luxury condo at 3rd and Virginia, with their “friends and family” snapping up a lot of units, including our clients who we were fortunate to get early access.  It will be interesting to see how their VIP event goes this weekend. We also noticed that Mira Flats has lowered prices. 

All that caught our eye this week was a brand new townhouse on the edge of Capitol Hill for $550k. Seems like a great condo alternative.
