Weekly Wrapup
Last week was another busy week! Over 300 new listings hit the market with several of ours going pending. Meanwhile we helped a client secure a sweet penthouse at the Emerald and helped another win a bidding war on a 2014 townhome (!). As we suspected, the market bottomed in January and the median price increased in February. The Seattle Times has all the details. So if you’ve been looking for a “deal”, that’s going to be harder to find in this spring-like market.
Loft fans, you have two good choices this week – a true Pioneer Square loft or a more affordable loft in the market at the Fix/Madore. Or if you’re looking for a loft to rent, there’s a ground floor live/work space in the Union Arts Co-op. And while not a loft, we really like the Park Modern and a unit just came up for sale there.
Mid-century fans, how about this estate sale in Seward Park? Or if you want something remodeled, this View Ridge mid-century looks promising.

p.s. we agree with this opinion piece, the new dream home should a condo.
