Weekly Wrapup
No real estate news this week, just *lots* of new listings (over 450 new listings) as this week is typically one of the busiest of the year as people rush to list ahead of the Memorial weekend slow down.
Lofts? Some brand new townhouse lofts, the Lee Street Lofts, are now selling, starting at $1.8m. A large loft at the modern 1310 E Union, one of our favorite buildings, just hit the market. Or there’s a ground floor loft at Mosler with 20′ ceilings. Need something more modest? Here’s a loft in a building where you wouldn’t expect to find one and a small loft at the Talisman.
Waterfront? How about a NW contemporary estate on Perkins Lane? Or, if you prefer the lake like us, this contemporary on Mercer Island.
Speaking of contemporary… There’s a huge one with amazing views on North Capitol Hill. Not to be out done, check out industrial chic meets farmhouse on Queen Anne for $5.9m. Or if you like Medina, two great choices both with pools – one for $5.7m and one by Lane Williams for $3.9m. But your most affordable option is $1.795m in Portage Bay.
Mid-century? Your classic choices would be this one in Magnolia, Matthews Beach or Clyde Hill. Two that are mid-century in age, but break from tradition would be this home in North Seattle and this Bellevue home, which is amazing.
New? Here’s one in Windermere designed by Eggleston Farkas.
