Weekly Wrapup
The number of new listings this past week rose from the week priorthough we’re expecting to see a sharp slow down in new listings starting next week and lasting through July and August. Now’s the time to pounce on listings that have been sitting on market and not selling.
Notably a nearly $16m condo on First Hill hit the market while a $10m condo at the Four Seasons went under contract after 746 days on market. The other listings that caught our eye include a Laurelhurst mid-century with a pool, an amazing custom home in Magnolia, and a custom home by Sean Bell in Lincoln Park.
Weather wise, It sure doesn’t feel like summer yet…
