It felt like 2017 this past week as we competed for this Madison Valley duplex that had, no joke, 20 offers. I bet this duplex nearby blows up as the 19 buyers who lost move on to the next one. While reassuring that buyers are out there, many listings on the market are lucky to get just one buyer touring a week.
Of the ~240 new listings that hit the market this week our faves are a Bainbridge Island waterfront mid-century, a Windermere mid-century, a north Seattle mid-century and an Innis Arden one.
