Weekly Wrapup
The number of new listings this week dipped below 200 yet there were some great new listings. Our fave is the $4.8m “Moss Bay House” in Kirkland, wow! Fans of Scandinavian design will want to check out a brand new $1.9m home in Ballard with an incredible great room. Loft fans, don’t miss this 1,800 square foot unit at 81 Vine, this loft in an old school or this modern loft in Eastlake. Mid-century-ish fans, the most promising one is in Seward Park this week.
The market continues to be hot and cold. We did get into another bidding war this week. This time on a North Seattle mid-century modern that had three offers and went 12% over asking to an offer with no contingencies.
We also still have two great townhomes on the market that are polar opposites of each other. While one is a nearly 100 year old townhome on the National Historic Register, the other is a nearly new standalone blocks from an upcoming Light Rail stop.
P.S. Here’s the (monster) log cabin you’ve been waiting for.
