It was a little quieter this week with ~170 new listings still active by week’s end. Our faves of those are a (summer) party-ready mid-century in West Seattle and a Olson Kundig remodeled penthouse with lots of exposed concrete.

We expect one more week of 150-200 new listings, then it will slow for the President’s Day long weekend. After that break, then the market should really get going with 225-350 new listings a week!

The bigs news this week is the ground breaking of Infinity Shore Club on Alki, a luxury resort-like condo. The big question is, while buyers have more appetite for it than they’ve had for the Pinnacle?
