The most surprising thing for me was that our listing at the Regata got 14 offers! Listed at $575k, which I thought was a very reasonable price that would likely get 2-3 offers and sell around $600k, it is pending at $682k. 6 offers were over $650k. I underestimated just how much people love the Regata in Wallingford. Too bad no one is building another great condo building in Wallingford.

• A 1 bedroom at Enso went pending in <48 hours at nearly, or perhaps at, $1,000/square foot. Wow!
• That Monique Loft only got two offers
• Westwood Village home listed at $468k got four offers and went for more than $515k
• Two bedroom Capitol Hill condo got three offers, we got it for $585k
