Weekly Wrapup: New Listings At Lowest Level of The Year
Not surprisingly, it was a quiet week for new listings, because who would list over Christmas weekend!? But 42 brave sellers did list (10 are already pending).
It wasn’t so quiet on the offer front, we wrote three:
- A Capitol Hill condo listed at $400k we were able to negotiate $15k off list price after three weeks on market
- Northgate condo listed at $365k that we offered $390k on and lost. Sounds like there were a total of six offers, winning offer was cash.
- A Highland park remodel listed at $565k got 5 offers and went to someone who could close before the end of the year.
