Not surprisingly we didn’t write many offers this past week because the week before had almost no new listings due to labor day. But we did write two offers.

  • Remember that frustrating offer from last week? What I forgot to mention was that the seller was originally only paying a 1.5% commission to the buyer’s agent. With their price increase also came an increase in commission to 2.5%. Sure enough, that brought an other offer out of the wood work which motivated my buyers to act, and we’re now pending on it.
  • We also got a floating home that has been on the market all summer under contract. It is a complicated deal, best discussed when hopefully it closes!
