The hot weather brought out some hot new listings!

Enjoy summer by the water at this modern on Lake Sammamish for $3.38m. Or on Lake Washington both this $10.8m contemporary and this $15.7m “contemporary villa” are stunning. If urban dwelling is more your thing, Linda Derschang is selling her impeccably styled residence at Insigina with a huge patio for summer entertaining.

Mid-century fans, there were three great ones – a woodsy one by Carl F. Gould, Jr., a well kept Magnolia one, and a Mercer Island one with original detailing look for a new caretaker. 

The market continues to be hot for single-family homes. This Beacon Hill modern that we should have mentioned had 33 showings and went pending in four days. And this Beacon Hill home had 17 offers! Over in West Seattle, a brand new $1.25m home went pending in a day so they’re now pre-selling their next home. 

Meanwhile we were busy listing a live/work townhome in Ballard and helped a buyer get a great Eastlake home for under list.
