Anyone Have 9,000sf For Smash Putt?
The Smash Putt folks are looking for space. Any Urban Living readers able to hook them up so we can blast golf balls out of air-guns while drinking this winter?
Help find a space for Smash Putt! That’s right, we’re homeless and our crack team is having no luck scoring a venue this year. We need ya, baby! Can we motivate you with a reward?
If you hook us up with a space, we will give you and your friends a night of Smash Putt with the full VIP treatment!
Important and Serious Details:
What sort of digs are we looking for? Aww geee, you know us don’t ya? We’re super adaptable, so take your best shot!
Dates and Duration: 2 months this winter! (Includes our set up and strike time!)
Location: Just about anywhere in Rain City proper! (SODO, SLU, Capitol Hill, Downtown, Fremont, Ballard, or ??? You name it!)
Size: 5k-12k sq feet (ideally about 9k)
Layout: What you got? One large space or divided in multiple rooms? Clock Tower?
Cost: We’re always looking for a bargain!
We aren’t afraid of weird situations. Basement of a hockey rink? Break into an empty floor in WaMu tower? Or just a plain ol’ cool warehouse? We’ll drop Smash Putt anywhere and have fun doing it! To date we’ve held Smash Putt in an old candy factory, a vacant plumbing supply store, a historic walnut warehouse, and of course the federal immigration building.
