Brand New Central District House on 17th
I wrote this post last night but forgot to post it. And sure enough the place went contingent today!
It has been a week and this new construction single family home at 124 17th Ave still isn’t pending? What’s wrong with it?? Maybe people are holding off because it isn’t done yet and won’t be until mid-June. And with only two photos it is hard to imagine the possibilities that its 2,400 square feet with 4 beds, 2.5 baths will bring. Or maybe because it looks like there are four of these houses squeezed on one lot, similar to townhouse living.
Price at $660k it isn’t cheap. Though we’re guessing from the second pic that it will at least have a city view from the rooftop deck.
Update: The first title of this post claimed it was in Capitol Hill. Not true!
