Back in July, I included this 5-bedroom Craftsman duplex in a fun red, white, and blue post. At that time, this home was listed for $1.15M but it just recently dropped its price to below $1M. It’s a duplex that was built in 1908 and whose upper 3-bedroom unit underwent a complete remodel — and even more recently the exterior was painted and the landscaping updated (it has a koi pond and an artist’s studio out back). The lower 2-bedroom is fairly untouched compared to the upper and perfect for rental income.
