December 2017 New Construction Pipeline Update
The big news this month is that a 55-unit condo building is possibly coming to Ballard. We expect it won’t be move-in ready until 2019 or 2020 though. The other big news is that Nexus jumped up to 90% pending when they re-configured some larger units as smaller units and released them at a special sales event.
Also, congrats Fort Lawton’s Officer’s Row, they just sold their last home. (Though when that fire ravaged home is re-built, they’ll likely have two more homes for sale.)
