Queen Anne

From the outside I wouldn’t give 1931 6th Ave W on Queen Anne a second glance but peek inside and it is right up my alley. Concrete floors, wood ceilings, gourmet kitchen, vintage lighting, nice builtins, sliding doors…

Bought in 2010 for $558k it has had $425k invested in it resulting in a list price of $999k. Which certainly seems a little pricey for a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 1,355 square foot place, no matter how cool the interior is.

Rosichelli Design did the staging.
