Luma Over 75% Sold

Luma, one of the few new condos going up in the city, is almost done, with closings and move-ins starting next week. They’re also, getting close to being sold out with less than 38 units remaining.

We’ve toured the building a few times last week with interested clients and attended a buyer’s walk-through yesterday with one of our four clients who purchased there. The building and the units look great!

If you’ve been thinking of buying there, now is the time. My bet is they’ll be all sold by the end of the year.

The area around Luma is also going to change a lot, for the better, in the next few years. We’re most excited about the Whole Foods:

But also excited that the McDonalds is being torn down and replaced with a 17-story apartment building (bad news for the south facing owners at Decatur and Gainsborough though.)
