2200 Westlake, 5th and Madison, Cherry Square, Enso, Monique Lofts, The Cosmopolitan, The Gayle, three19

Sorry for the slow posting, work is killing me.

2200 vs. Cosmo

36 vs. 65.

It’s also interesting to note that there are 4 new listings at 2200 listed by John L Scott’s Jon Hunter who is working for Vulcan on Enso/Rollin/Veer. The listings all look curiously the same. Are these Vulcan owned units that didn’t close for one reason or another?

And I love this photo from Cosmo Blog:

5th and Madison

They re-adjusted a bunch of prices. Some increases as much as $25,000 and decreases up to $20,000.

Cherry Square

There were a bunch of price reductions at Cherry Square. Some as much as $13,000.

John L Scott has put one unit for Enso on the MLS, #504

The Gayle

(Disclaimer: Listing agent is Redfin) 516 E Thomas St #304 is a little pricey at $350,000 for 600 square feet ($583/sq ft) but it really does sound like a unique unit; it boasts its own climbing wall! Too bad they didn’t include a photo of it with the listing. As well as a private roof top deck and loft bedroom (can you climb up the climbing wall into bed?)

There is another unit for sale in the building, #303, available for $195,000 for 410 square feet. Nice views!

Monique Lofts

There are two large units that just came on the market. #402 for $699,000 for 1,068 square feet and #307/308 for $649,000 for 955 square feet (two units have been combined into one.)

Rollin Street

John L Scott has put one unit for Rolllin Street on the MLS: #701.

The last builder unit at three19, #203, was price reduced from $435,900 to $424,950.
