2018 is going to be a big year for new construction condos and townhomes as we expect the following projects to start selling:
- Hendon: 2018 move in
- One88: 2020 move in, starts in the $800s
- McGraw Square
- Koda
- Caydon’s First Hill project
And likely a few more, as of yet un-announced projects.
They’ll be joining the following projects that are already selling:

- Residences at Fairview: move-in now
- Gridiron: move in March 2018
- Nexus: move in mid-2019
