New Construction Pipeline: November 2018 Update
The big news this past month is that Spire kicked off reservations, opened their sales center, and is already in the middle of converting those to purchase and sale while First Light has had the opening of their sales center postponed. Other news:
- Stanton, an apartment to condo conversion, failed to sell and is back to apartments
- Koda is opening their sales center in December
- The developer behind Koda has is buying at site close to the Space Needle
Over in Bellevue Mira Flats has started to convert their reservation holders to purchase and sale and One88, with eleven homes left, has announced they’re closing their sales center on December 22nd.
A few condos further from the downtown core were supposed to start sales this fall but I suspect that with the market as tepid as it is, they’ll be holding off until 2019.
