Nexus Reservations Start June 4
Nexus, the 403-unit condo building coming in 2019 is going to start reservations for units on June 4th at 11am.
They’ll be releasing floor plans with price ranges around May 27th so you can pick out a few units ahead of time. And then on the 4th, for a $5,000 refundable deposit you can reserve a unit. That refundable deposit will convert to a non-refundable 5% earnest money deposit in September. But you’ll have to wait until 2019 to move-in.
It’ll be first-come, first-served. So you’ll want to show up early. We’ll be there early!

Here’s some new details:
- Pricing: likely $750-1100/square foot. Half the units will be under $600k
- HOAs: $.50-$.60/square foot/month
- Outdoor space: only about 30 units will have it, but there will be plenty of common area outdoor space
- Investors: likely no rental cap, but you’ll only be able to buy 1-2 units. No buying blocks of units.
