Nexus Update: 80% Reserved

Here’s the latest from NEXUS:

We’re just over 80% reserved in first position with a “significant” number of second positions.

First position reservations on two bedroom / two bathrooms start around the low $900,000s with second positions available from the mid-$300,000s upwards.

The building received its final endorsements with the Design Review Board and new renderings have been released.

We continue to be open on a daily basis from 11am-5pm although the overall campaign is pretty much on a summer break as we design our sales center and prepare to move towards Purchase and Sale Agreements in the months ahead.
