Seattle Sunday Times: No ads!

By February 4, 2008

As transaction volume begins to pick up as we enter the 2008 real estate season I thought I’d contribute to the decline of our forests and pickup a Seattle Sunday Times yesterday to check out the ads. Shockingly the only ad for a Seattle condo was from Escala. What happened to the big spend from Williams? Windermere Onsite? Have they finally realized that the hip crowd they’re catering to doesn’t read the paper?

Or is it that “Re-apartments” are blooming according to a story on the front page of the real estate section? …Though I’m shocked reporter Kirsten Grind didn’t mention Intracorp’s failures with Expo and Domaine even if they aren’t conversion-conversions.

I own and manage Urban Living, a boutique Seattle and Bellevue real estate brokerage. I love lofts, floating homes, new construction, and mid-century moderns, but I will help you buy or sell just about anything!
