Seattle weekly wrap-up: new listings skyrocket

New listings skyrocketed last week in Seattle – we saw 232 new listings up nearly 50%. Buyers were also busy putting 170 homes under contract even though mortgage rates have been closer to 7% than 6.5%. Perhaps the real estate season will heat up faster than in years past…

What caught our eye? In Seattle, just this modern home in Magnolia. But on the Eastside, check out this $6.4m modern home, wow! Or if you want a new home, here’s a $6.4m home in West Bellevue. If you need more space, here’s an $11m home in Redmond. And for Amazon addicts, the home (and garage) were it all began hit the market again.
