Spire puts 34 units under contract this year
Spire, the 342-unit condo building that should be complete this summer switched sales team earlier this year. With a new sales team in place and the ability to do hardhat tours for prospective buyers they’ve put 34 units under contract since February according to the MLS. This likely puts them as the best-selling new condo for the first half of this year.
