Spire switches to Polaris Pacific
Spire, the 41-story, 342-unit tower at 600 Wall is switching sales and marketing teams from Realogics Sotheby’s to Polaris Pacific who represents buildings like the Emerald and Mira. Polaris Pacific is taking over when Spire is likely about 35% pending and is set to complete this summer.
It’ll be interesting to see what changes this transition brings. At least for pricing, they’ve re-listed a couple units:
