Remember our astonishment at a Queen Anne townhouse priced close to a million dollars?

The price chopper has visited it a few times. It was first reduced to $899k and was recently reduced to $799k.

We were right!

Though we were wrong about the million dollar townhome on Westlake which went pending in just a few days.
