Looks like folks started moving in to Trace North this weekend. Welcome to the neighborhood!

Oddly, I still haven’t been in Trace North to see how the units turned out. Hopefully they’re nice.

Well you could always go to the “party” on the 31st. Do you think we (ie Trace Lofts residents) are really invited? I would love to see how North turned out…

I think you all in the lofts got a better deal. Having been over in the units, I have to say a number of the finishes leave something to be desired (and heck of a lot of fingerprints on some of the finishes.) Some of the layouts seem a bit awkward and cumbersome and some of the west facing ones have south facing windows that look directly into your neighbors unit. I will go to the open to give it another whirl, cause my first impression was ‘underwhelming’ and I have to admit I was quite excited to see the finished product.
