If you’re looking for a one bedroom condo in downtown, Belltown or Capitol Hill, a bunch hit the market this week. Two bedroom condos? Not so many.
What caught our eye this week?
- A $4.6m condo at 1521 went pending in 24 hours.
- A Wallingford home we saw that was listed at $900k sold for $1.4m.
- The comments on an article about an event for Nexus crack us up
But what about offers?
- A Capitol Hill loft we expected to sell a bit above its list price, ended up with only one offer, below list!
- A total fixer up Capitol Hill co-op got multiple offers and will sell above list price
- A two bedroom condo in Lower Queen Anne got six offers
Places we wish we could have blogged about:
- A massive modern in Issaquah for $4.3M
- Classic cabana and midcentury list for $2.5M on Kirkland’s waterfront
And finally, good articles elsewhere:

- Better Dwelling: Vancouver Real Estate Prices Just Hit ANOTHER All-Time High – So much for that tax
- PSBJ: Cash is king: Seattle’s housing market is demoralizing, but not irrational – 23% of King County deals were cash from November to January (weird time period to measure…)
