Weekly Wrapup

We “only” wrote a couple offers this week, here’s how they went.

• A single family in Ravenna that we thought was fairly priced at $700k got 6 offers and went for between $850k and $900k.
• A $400k First Hill condo got an unknown number of offers but sold for over $425k, which is surprising since that condo at the Meridian went for much less than its $450k list price.
• A home way out in the middle of nowhere got only two offers and surprisingly went for less than list price
