Weekly Wrapup – Four Uncontested Offers

Wow, we wrote four offers this week, and none of them faced any competition! How so? All four were on homes that had been on the market past their offer review dates and so not only was there no competition, we were also able to negotiate either large closing cost credits or price reductions on all of them. We were also able to write buyer friendly offers with financing and inspection contingencies.

• Central District townhome – lower than list price, inspection contingency
• Rainier Valley new construction – air conditioner upgrade, large closing cost credit, inspection contingency
• Dexter condo – lower than list price
• Burien single family – lower than list price, inspection contingency
