What a Year! Our Year in Photos
Wow, 2016 was quite the year for us with 3 happy hours, 35 homes closed and 438 blog posts.
Thanks so much to the many readers who became clients, entrusting us with the purchase and sale of their homes. Below are photos of almost all the homes we helped people buy or sell this year. And here are some fun facts :).
- We helped our clients buy 29 homes, and sell 6, from $300k to $1.8m
- Furthest home: an amazing waterfront home on Bainbridge Island
- Closet home: we sold our neighbor’s
- New construction: 11 homes were built this year
- Old construction: the oldest was built in 1907
- All types: 1 floating home, 1 artist co-op, 1 waterfront home, plus many townhomes, condos and single-family homes from mid-century modern to craftsman
- Helped buyers at new condo projects Luma, Insignia and Vik (and helped pre-sale buyers at Nexus and Hendon)
- Helped investors at the Elektra and Insignia
And we added to our family, having a daughter in April in the middle of the busiest time of the year!

Can’t wait to see what 2017 is going to bring! We’re certainly hoping that interest rates don’t go up too much and many more people decide to sell, giving buyers more options, and more developers decide to build condos.
