Looking forward to the rest of the year, we hear that Emerald will likely be starting previews in December. And Encore, formally known as Sonata, should start reservations before the end of the year.
If you were waiting for 403 Thirteenth, keep waiting, it has slipped for this year to February 2019.
Remember U-Place, the 244-unit building just east of U-Village? We heard that they’ve sold half of the building overseas. No word on when they’ll start selling locally.
And what about Gridiron? They’ve switched sales teams again and will be using Realogics moving forward. We’re surprised they don’t have any units listed on the MLS right now given they are likely only 62% sold.
Needless to say, if you’re looking for new construction, you now have a lot of options.
