Weekly wrap-up: listings up 12.4%

Meanwhile, the market continues to recover with listings up 12.4% WoW and pendings up 5.2%; but we’re still below last years’ levels. Interest rates are still near all-time lows making it a good time for people who can buy.
We were busy this week listing a live/work loft at the Klee and helped a buyer close on a condo at Trace North in just over a week. We also had three clients inquire about vacation homes from Orcas Island to the mountains!
