Weekly Wrapup
New listings nearly doubled this past week, though that isn’t surprising given how quiet the week of snowpocalypse was (that is, it isn’t hard to double a low number). Plus this week is mid-winter break, so many sellers are likely holding off to next week. We’ll be bringing on two listings next week and are predicting that it’ll be a busy week!
The big news this week is that today the Emerald, a 265-unit condo at 2nd & Stewart is starting sales (starting at $500k for a studio), as is Encore a 96-unit condo in Columbia City (starting at $300k for a studio). Meanwhile on the Eastside, Avenue Bellevue is trying to set the new standard for luxury. We got a preview of their 98 estate homes which start at $1m for a 1 bedroom.
A surprising number of new listings caught our eye this week!
Loft fans – the best one, a renovated 19th Avenue Loft went pending in a day but there are a few still available – the second largest unit at Veer and a loft at Portofino.
MCM fans – two to choose from! A great remodel in Kirkland with a pool and a pretty original one in Lakeridge. While not a mid-century, we like this 1970s home on Mercer Island.
And this 2012 home in Magnolia on Viewmont is great too.
