Here’s the top 10 Urban Living homes from this past year (by looking at how much traffic homes we blogged about received, filtering out our own listings). I have to admit, I’m surprised by which ones made the list and which ones didn’t.

#2. New Beacon Hill Modern – Listed at $1,285,000 it sold for $1,385,000.
#3. Woodridge (Bellevue) Mid-Century Modern – Listed at $1,350,000 it sold for a whopping $1,770,000!
#4. The Georgetown Collection.
#5. Incredible Remodel at Escala. Listed at $818k, that’s what it sold for.
#6. 1310 E Union Loft – Listed at $925,000 it sold for $865,000.
#7. Rare Brick Clad Capitol Hill Townhome – Listed at $895k that’s what it sold for.
#8. Another True Loft at “The Lofts” in Pioneer Square – Listed at $749k it sold for $765k.
