Here’s what happened in February, it was a lot!
- One88 started sales and “lower” priced units went fast. The starting price is likely $2m. Initial sales figures should be out second week of March.
- KODA started reservations and is 95% reserved.
- Luxe36 sold out
- Gridiron started closings and the PSBJ got a look
- Residences at Fairview is down to one unit
- Pinnacle started to convert reservations to purchase and sale
- Odessa released their final unit
- If you were hoping Onni was going condo, looks like it will go offices.
- 800 Columbia should break ground in May or June
What we’re looking forward to in March:
- Hendon, on Phinney Ridge should resume sales but we’ve said that five months in a row
- Sonata, in Columbia City, should start sales or reservations
- McGraw Square, on Queen Anne, should start sales with the release of five townhomes
